Carey is a Mental Health Nurse with 34 years of experience in the Ontario healthcare system.

While practicing as an independent RN Psychotherapist, using traditional psychotherapy modalities, she has become increasingly interested in energetic and somatic practices to enhance health of mind, body and spirit. Committed to excellence in practice, Carey has studied to become a Holistic Nurse Reiki Practitioner and is currently completing her training as a Somatic Practitioner. Additionally, Carey has completed Menopause Mental Health Provider Training for Healthcare Professionals. Whether you are struggling with challenging emotions, thoughts, physical symptoms, or navigating a life transition, Carey is available to partner with you on the journey to your best health.
Outside of work, Carey navigates the ups and downs of family life through the life cycle from infant to seniors. She finds great joy in her two dogs, a rural lifestyle and connection to nature, gardening, cooking, reading, walking.
