Service Description
We're here to help through this difficult stage! This workshop is designed for young girls to build strategies and skills to improve their self-esteem, confidence and strength. Participants will be guided through various activities and discussions in a non judgemental which allow them a safe space to build genuine connections with others and give them the opportunity grow!
