Together we will: Connect with others who have experienced suicide loss Explore grief, guilt, anger, and other complex emotions Learn healthy coping and grounding strategies Talk about navigating anniversaries, holidays, and difficult reminders Explore ways to honour your loved one while continuing forward Build connection, support, and a sense of community

Please note that your card information will be required to secure your spot in this group. $160 will be charged to your account when we reach out minimum number of participants. This way we limit the amount of refunds if we have to cancel this group.
