Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

Previous experience in a medical, mental health, or front office setting is highly desirable

Familiarity with client confidentiality

Proficiency with computers and office software (Google Workspace, EMR, Socials etc.)

We are seeking a warm, organized, and tech-savvy individual to join our mental health clinic as a Front Desk Receptionist. This role position plays a key part in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients while supporting the clinic’s digital presence. The ideal candidate is compassionate, professional, and comfortable working in a confidential environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk / Reception Duties (Primary):

Greet clients and visitors in a professional, compassionate manner

Manage phone calls, voicemails, and email inquiries

Schedule and confirm client appointments using Jane
-
Maintain client records
-
Process client check-ins/check-outs and collect co-pays or payments
-
Keep waiting area clean, calm, and welcoming

Support clinicians with administrative tasks as needed
Social Media Assistance (Secondary):
-
Assist in creating and scheduling content for the clinic’s social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
-
Help maintain a consistent and professional brand voice online
-
Monitor engagement (comments, messages) and flag any urgent or sensitive interactions
-
Collaborate with therapists and staff on content ideas that support mental health awareness, clinic updates, and community engagement
-
Track basic performance analytics and suggest ways to improve reach or engagement

Therapist Job Description & Requirements
We are hiring for all age demographics, but it's a huge plus if you are comfortable providing therapy services to our youth population (ages 5-17)
*Please ONLY apply if you meet the requirements, you MUST be licensed with one of the colleges that can provide psychotherapy. Ideally, a successful candidate would have at least 2+ years of experience.

We are seeking skilled therapists who genuinely care about their clients and will work to move them forward and achieve the goals that brought them to therapy. Your job will be to provide psychotherapy, in person or virtually. We are seeking both experienced and new therapists, generalists and specialists, who can serve with range of client ages, backgrounds, and issues. Empowerment Health & Wellness conducts the necessary marketing to match you with your desired client and area of expertise, provides intake matching/scheduling services, and cares for other administrative matters - so your time can be spent primarily seeing clients.

Requirements:

Master’s Degree (preferred)

Registered with one of the 6 colleges that practice psychotherapy (licensed)​
