Therapist Job Description & Requirements
We are hiring for all age demographics, but it's a huge plus if you are comfortable providing therapy services to our youth population (ages 5-17)
*Please ONLY apply if you meet the requirements, you MUST be licensed with one of the colleges that can provide psychotherapy. Ideally, a successful candidate would have at least 2+ years of experience.

We are seeking skilled therapists who genuinely care about their clients and will work to move them forward and achieve the goals that brought them to therapy. Your job will be to provide psychotherapy, in person or virtually. We are seeking both experienced and new therapists, generalists and specialists, who can serve with range of client ages, backgrounds, and issues. Empowerment Health & Wellness conducts the necessary marketing to match you with your desired client and area of expertise, provides intake matching/scheduling services, and cares for other administrative matters - so your time can be spent primarily seeing clients.

Requirements:

Master’s Degree (preferred)

Registered with one of the 6 colleges that practice psychotherapy (licensed)​
Desired Candidate

Comfortable with basic knowledge of computers (plus if familiar with MACs)

Ability to work independently + if needed, in a group

Able to adapt quickly within our care system

Ability to provide the highest standard of care in sessions
